Hey.
We realised that some of you are unhappy about the post below .
We're here to clarify everything.
Actually, you guys were the ones who agreed the a choir outing.
But because of the poor attendance, we had to cancel the outing.
It's rather disappointing for us,
as we have put in a lot of time and effort to plan this outing.
We've also spent quite a lot of money on it.
We don't expect every single one of you to turn up,
but we hope at least half of you people are willing to go.
It's our job to make choir a fun CCA,
but we need every member's co-operation before this can happen.
That's the purpose of the choir outing,
and we hope you appreciate what we have done.
Let us emphasize again.
We spent over $35 preparing for the outing.
We hate scolding you guys.
It doesn't make us feel any better.
You can say how much you hate us,
how unreasonable we are.
but, did you even put yourselves in our shoes?
We're looking forward to this outing.
so that we can bond more. enjoy ourselves for once during this holiday.
We're not,like what some of you said, forcing you all.
We did not make this outing compulsory,
because we didnt want to make anyone unhappy.
We dare to admit that until now,
not all of us are doing a good job leading.
But we are willing to try, and most definitely willing to improve ourselves.
So, we hope that you guys can understand how we feel now.
Should there be another choir outing,
we hope to see an improvement in the number of people going.

Some of you may have already known that,
the CHOIR OUTING will be postponed .
(it might also be cancelled.)
The reason for the cancellation couldn't be anymore obvious,
just look at the number of people going.
It's so pitiable. We've got six, SIX, 6 on the list.
Weren't you guys the ones who agreed to the idea of a choir outing?
What has happened now?
More than half of the choir is NOT going.
We are unaware of what's goin on.
Is it because u all think it's not important?
Think abt it,
this outing can cultivate the bond between members AND teamwork.
It is not goin to be a super lame and boring outing. (like what some think)
We're trying our very best to improve tis choir.
If u all don cooperate wif us,
there's totally no way tis choir can get any better.
We've no idea what we're supposed to do if tis keeps goin on:
such as not respecting us.
We believe we deserve the basic respect.
For the previous 2 practices,
only 2-3 people raised up their hands, saying they're unable to make it.
NOW? Now we've got SIX GOING.
The difference between the numbers is LARGE,
and something ALL of you can see.
For those who are really busy, WE UNDERSTAND.
What about the rest?
Just because your friends can't make it, you refuse to go as well?
This happened for the BBQ also.
What was supposed to be more than 10 people meeting at the interchange,
turned out to be 3-5 people.
AND, we didnt even pursue the matter.
Right now?
Because you think we aren't up to the task of planning an outing?
Or that you don't even bother?
We have already stated that confirmations must be made by Monday,
but we still have people unsure about whether you can make it or not.
However, we can see that you THINK about going. That's satisfactory.
What about the others?
We have made plans, bought the necessary equipments,
and purchased prizes to give away.
The amount we bought is roughly around 35,
which was because we saw a lot of people raising their hands,
saying YOU could make it.
For the six of you who agreed to go,
your willingness to attend the outing is much appreciated ^^
We would also like to thank the seniors who agreed to go,
and take this opportunity to apologise for wasting your SMSes :O

our practice today made us learn what our standard is.
