Guys, please be reminded that there is practice for the NDP performance tomorrow.

Please attend, we've got alot more steps to introduce to you and guess how many days we have left to our performance..... 7! (excluding today) So please please please, you know what to do, practise the dance steps and REMEMBER them all tomorrow. Time will be at 3 to 5.30pm, venue: Inner Atrium , and please be in your PE attire. Renee will be there first to bring you guys to one of the classrooms that is unoccupied so please be on time. We will continue to teach you the choreography for Louder and Red. And that's why you have to master the steps for In A Heartbeat. We wouldn't want to keep recalling things that you guys have already learnt.

Okay. So about the session on Monday, the attendance was really bad. >: Please come for choir, one absent member can make huge difference. It's not only your lost if you decide to absent yourself, you're affecting the whole choir's progress in learning the song. As usual, remember to practise the song at home, with the French words that has been taught to you. This is very important because we will be spending our time on Friday, also on our NDP performance. You guys know you don't want to disappoint Mr Wong. Spending 10 mins of your time to recall your notes isn't hard, is it? 

To add on, remember to close the door(s) after opening, it's really not nice of you to leave it open for another person to close, and put back your chairs before going home! Help out your friends if they need to rush or something, help each other, there's nothing wrong with that right? (:

HELLO CHOIRR! 

There's choir practice tomorrow and please take note that we may need to 

have an extra practice on Wednesday due to the shortage of time.

 I'm sure you would want to look your best and not embarrass 

yourself in front of the school. Last Friday's progress was slow, 

but you guys managed to follow:) that's a good thing!!

So tomorrow's practice will be as usual.

Please listen to the three songs we asked you to listen and familiarise with it.
In case you forgot what the songs are,

Listen to it, try to familiarise yourself with the beat and most
importantly the lyrics:)

Rules

Hello Choir:)

Since the new commitee has taken over, we have yet to tell the choir what are the rules and expectations we have for the choir. I hope you will read and take note of the rules we came up with.

1. Go to the toilet, and re-fill your bottles before choir start.
 ( Mr Wong might not give us breaks on certain choir practice)

2.  If you are late for Choir without a valid reason, fine $0.50

3. Talking unnecessarily when
 Mr Wong, Teachers or anyone else is talking 
you will have to copy one page of the score.
 (The next time you are caught again, the number of pages will increase)

4. Not bringing of required materials. 
   Pencil $0.50 (Warning will be given for the first time)
   Notebook $0.50 (Warning will be given for the first time)
   Water Bottle $0.50 (Warning will be given for te first time) 

5. NOT in P.E attire for PT - $0.50

6. Skipping choir without a valid reason, we will ask and talk to you personally. 
If it persist, the Teachers will call and ask your parents.

I've list down the choir rules which will be carried out from next practice onwards. 
Remember the rules  and follow them.
Okay, now I am going to write about Choir Practice on Monday 22/07/13

Hi Choir!! 
As all of you know THERE IS NO PRACTICE this Friday which is also tomorrow 12/07/13. Due to the Lower Secondary ISPL:/! Although there is no Choir practice tomorrow, I really really hope all of you can spend just a few minutes 
revising your scores. You can also go to YouTube to listen to the song:) 
I'm sure you do not want Mr Wong to scold you on Monday:/ 

Although our first sectionals last Friday was not exactly perfect, I hope we can understand each other. I'm sure you're still not use to the new committee so lets help each other out:) One thing worth praising was your attendance! Last Friday your attendance was good other than a handful of people who did not come:) keep that up and please do come for choir practice. 

I know it's also the fasting month, so please to those who are fasting please do not USE THAT AS AN EXCUSE AND NOT TURN UP FOR PRACTICE. 

Another important news is, due to some complications for the National Oral Examinations, we have to use the AV theatre again starting from Monday onwards:)

Choir practice

Hellloooo choir! Well, your attendance on Monday was pretty good other than a handful of people who did not come! I hope you will keep this up:)! Remind your friends who have been missing choir practice to come as we are learning the new piece and I'm sure they would not want to be lagging behind:/! The discipline was just average although, there were times when ALL of you really listen to Mr Wong when he was talking! I hope to see more of that during the next practice:):)!  Another good thing is you kept your chairs and did not leave any extra chairs behind:)

As most of you already know we will not be using the AV theatre for choir practice this Friday onwards due to the Sec 4&5s examinations. We will using the Harmony Room again! There is choir practice this Friday.
