HELLOOO! hows chinese new year so far?
hahas, non-chinese students you guys have 4days ofholiday, make full use of your time :)
chinese students, take care of yourselves and dont come back with a sore throat on monday!
hope you guys collected a lot of ang pows. cause i did! MUAHAHA xD

To All members:
The angel and mortal game is still on, by next week friday you guys have to pass your $2-worth present and your first letter to your mortal. mortals that receive no letter/presents can complain to the committe by the end of the week :) hahahs. so practice your songs, this monday everyone have to be super ultra extremely familiar with the score okay! make sure you study your score-highlight the dynamics, the parts to take note (such as breathing points, rests, how long you are suppose to hold the note etc), and the expressions you are suppose to feel when singing that part. remember, whenever you sing a song, you are telling a story to the audience, and your body language, facial expresssions and pitching is very important as they are the essence of your story! Oh ya, dont have to be in pe attire this monday, there is no PT. then.. the below message is for the different levels respectively, pls read your level"s message attentively and take note of the points. dont be late on monday! :)

Sec 1 take note:
pls get your black files and notebook by next week, i know we have forgotten to do a spot check on monday! butttt we willl check this coming monday! :) and this monday for sec1s, choir starts at 2.30pm in the music room, remember that you have theory lessons with ms yap. also bring 70cents for the theory file. you guys will end theory lessons at 3.30pm. then afterwards, you have sectionals with the rest of the choir until 4.45pm and you can leave :)

Sec 2-5 take note:
pls be reminded that this coming monday is february! meaning its a new month, so be reminded to pay the choir funds-$2. (sec1s dont have to pay yet) Also, choir for you guys will start at 3pm sharp, wait outside the music room. remember to practice your songs even though its CNY >< you guys want your gold, you have to earn for it. no pain no gain. -FIGHTING!!-
